James A. Greenleaf, MAI
James A. Greenleaf, MAI is the President and Principal of Greenleaf Valuation Group, Inc., a full-service real estate research, appraisal and consulting firm which serves nationally and regionally prominent corporate clients, financial institutions, real estate developers, investors, government agencies and law firms. He has worked full time in commercial appraisal since 1975 and started Greenleaf Valuation Group in 1995. Mr. Greenleaf received a B.S. in Finance and Real Estate Appraisal in 1975 from University of Connecticut, and an MBA in Urban Development and Quantitative Methods in 1979 from the University of Washington. Additional practical experience and course work from the Appraisal Institute led to the award of the MAI designation in 1986. He is currently certified as having completed the continuing education requirements of the Appraisal Institute through February 2008. He is Certified as a General Real Estate Appraiser by the State of Washington and is a Qualified Expert Witness in the King County Superior Court. Resume Grant S. Gladow Grant S. Gladow is an analyst and appraiser with Greenleaf Valuation Group, Inc., a full-service real estate research, appraisal and consulting firm which serves nationally and regionally prominent corporate clients, financial institutions, real estate developers, investors, government agencies and law firms. He has worked full time in commercial appraisal since 1989 and joined Greenleaf Valuation Group in 1995. Mr. Gladow received a B.S. in History in 1979 from Western Washington, and an MBA in 1985 from Washington State University. He is Certified as a General Real Estate Appraiser by the State of Washington. ResumeKathleen S. Greenleaf Research Analyst with the firm of Greenleaf Valuation Group, Inc., 1995 to present and Schueler, McKown & Keenan, from 1992 to 1995, providing research and analysis for real estate consulting purposes with emphasis on socioeconomic considerations that have an impact on land use issues. Participation in valuation, feasibility and consulting assignments include the following: land use studies; market value appraisals; supply/demand and absorption studies; demographic analyses; and Highest and Best Use studies. Ms. Greenleaf received a B.S. in 1975 from University of Connecticut, and an Master of Urban Planning, from the School of Architecture and Urban Planning, University of Washington in 1991.
